Graphics Designer

Job Summary:
Responsible for the conceptualization of attractive, creative, and effective designs for various promotions and activities, and recommends more innovative material designs. Coordinates with Marketing, and other departments on the details activities.

Job Description:
• Conceptualize visuals based on requirements
• Create images and layouts by hand or using design software
• Study design briefs and determine requirements
• Think of ideas and produces graphic art and visual materials to effectively communicate marketing efforts
• Come up with different creatives which includes, but not limited to, illustrations, logos and collaterals
• Prepares rough drafts and present ideas
• Use the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic
• Creates marketing material for a wide range of products
• Prepares designs for both print and web publications
• Generate new designs for branding purposes
• Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand
• Work with Marketing Manager to produce final design
• Ensure accurate, consistent, and timely completion of high-quality design.
• Ability to prioritize workload, proactively seek answers to questions, and meet assigned deadlines.
• Take ownership and be accountable for the quality of the work.
• Amend designs after feedback
Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Fine Arts, Graphic Arts, Multimedia Design, and other related courses
• Refined personal development skills, a team player and collaborator
• Required skill(s): Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop
• 3D and Video Editing (Adobe Premiere) experience is a plus
• Can work well with a team through online communication
• With at least 1-2 years’ experience in a relevant field
• Has a detailed portfolio
• Must be creative in creating marketing designs and material
• Has a reliable computer and a fast internet connection
• Willingness and flexibility to accept direction
