“A Reboot of the Society: 4IR in a World of Possibilities” Informatics Northgate BS Information Technology and BS Computer Science students have participated in the 9th IT Skills Olympics last September 9, 2019, at the University of Makati. 48 reputable universities and colleges in the country joined the event and competed for the following competition categories: Programming in Java C# C++ Web Design Computer Networking PC Assembly/ Disassembly Digital Electronics Android App Development, and IT Quiz Bee The main objective of the said competition is to encourage camaraderie among academic institutions and to showcase the knowledge and skills of the students. Rotaract Club of Informatics College Northgate joins Rotary International District 3830 Awards Night

3,000 Rotarians and countless stakeholders of District 3830 were invited to come together for its 2019 Annual Conference under the global movement’s banner of “Be The Inspiration”. Over the course of two days, DC19 aims to enable inspiration, connection and transformation for every individual Rotarian and all the clubs participating. The first day focused on interaction with fellow Rotarians from across the district to allow friendships and bonds to be formed beyond the boundaries of one’s home club. And the second day focused on exchanging ideas to help each other become a stronger Rotarian, and in the process, strengthen your club and its portfolio of community service projects.
