The Diploma in Computer Technician program is a two-year ladderized program especially designed for individuals aspiring for careers involving PC Technical Support, IT-related Help Desk, Technical Support Representatives, or those seeking opportunities to do freelance troubleshooting work in  both hardware and software applications. The course also provides the necessary foundation skills for those that wish to move onto the more advanced qualifications in the IT field.

Finishing the first year of the program will qualify the student to earn the Certificate in Computer Technology.
