JobsDB.com and Informatics establish partnership

JobsDB.com welcomes Informatics SM City Cebu Center as the newest Campus Partner of JobsDB Campus Network. JobsDB Campus Network seeks to establish partnerships with higher educational institutions to provide career opportunities. In line with this, as JobsDB’s Campus Partner, Informatics will be provided with interactive advertising channels, Career development services, promos & event partnership, and career placement services to offer an avenue for career development on IT industry.
Informatics Philippines and the Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA) has partnered to bring free skills training under the Pangulong GMA Scholarship program. TESDA has also been a partner with JobsDB in offering job opportunities for their graduates and is currently doing job fairs all over the country to help alleviate the employment problems in the Philippines. Courses being offered by the PGMA Scholarship program include Call Center training, Web Design & Development, and Programming. The Project hopes to provide skills and competencies to job seekers through appropriate training programs that are directly connected to existing jobs for immediate employment and to empower private education and training institutions to offer relevant training programs that meet job requirements.
