San Sebastian Experienced its First Loss with Informatics

The Informatics Icons made certain that there is no 11-game sweep for the defending champion San Sebastian College Cavite as they win over the Baycats in score 86-83.

The Icons’ Montuano, Acuña, Limpat, Jabagat and Leonida exerted extra efforts to lead the team with one point in only 15 seconds left.

On the other hand, last year’s MVP Kris Lucernas and Basa top scored for the Baycats.

SSC-C suffered its first loss in the tournament with Informatics. The Icons has now gathered 8 wins against 3 loses.

The quarter finals begins today, August 17, 2009.

Informatics’ students are encouraged to watch the games at the Pasay Sports Complex. More than ever, our team needs our support.
